You ought to help Klaus

You ought to help Klaus, that woman will cast him into a pit and steal everything he's got, you're a mother! You ought to help and do something, he is spiritually tied and can't see anything, all he can see is that woman, who will ruin his life.

I want Klaus to be happy, I don't want his love anymore, do something, she will ruin his life!

I'm a Spiritist, and through this religion I've healed my grief.

Do something, she will steal and ruin everything he's got.

Please!

Hi Goncin,

It seems to me that this person is praying, addressing a prayer to Mary.
That's why she says "You are a mother" (not "his mother" )

relition ---> religion

I think it's unlikely this to be a prayer, because of the pitch and the third paragraph. It seems to me instead a desperate plea addressed to a human being, more specifically the supplicant's former mother-in-law (the 'mother' in question).

But it's OK for me to change it for "a mother" to keep it interpretation-neutral.

Typo corrected.

It's weird anyway...if it's like you imagine, the text would probably have been: "Você é a sua mãe!" ou mais coloquial "Você é a mãe dele!", não?

Where I live it isn't uncommon to hear such a construction without possessive pronouns, specially if they are implied in the context...
