अनुबाद - जापानी-चीनीया - 斎蘭花

I would like to know how to read this name in Taiwanese.I can read Kanji and know meaning of characters,but i don't know how to pronunce this name in Taiwanese and Chinese.

I put on the traditional and simplified Chinese characters and Mandarin (Chinese)pronunciations in romanization.
I don't know if you need pronunciations in Taiwanese as well. If you do, the characters are the same but the pronunciations are Zai Lan Hue
