Hello again, Çevirmen

I suggest some tiny modifications to make the English sound more natural. Let me know if you agree

Allah may want us to meet the wrong people before we find the right one. That way, we experience what gratitude really is.

Hi Lein again,

I am suspicious about you are Turkish speaker=)

Your suggesstion is great as well and satisfies the meaning. At the end of source text, he says "minnet duygusu" not "minnet". For example, when "mizah" is humor, "mizah duygusu" is sense of humor so I used sense of gratitude instead of gratitude.

When it comes to merdogan's suggestion, at the very beginning of source text, he said "belki de", it is a probability and using "may" is better there.

How about saying "Allah may have wanted..."? Since, the subject seems to have already done the action, "to want". At least that is what I get from the Turkish source and it could be better that way. Still, I wouldn't disagree to the present use.

Thanks Çevirmen and others,

I have changed the end of the sentence back to the original as it seems my first edit changed the meaning of the text a bit.

I don't think there is a big difference between the meanings of the sentence with 'perhaps' and with 'may'. Both are a sort of speculation. I have left the text as you wrote it here.
As for Rise's suggestion, I think that would change the meaning of the text from a more general case to a particular case (this is what Alla may have wanted to do eg with me). It sounds more like the kind of phrase which would have a more general meaning, so I'll leave this as it is and validate

As for my Turkish, I don't get much further than merhaba and HoÅŸ geldiniz - I think I have just developed a bit of an understanding of what people are trying to say even if the English is not perfect! (As long as it is not too bad, of course )
