Easy Corn Tortillas
INGREDIENTS:
•2 cups corn flour and 1 1/2 cups of warm water
•OR 1lb fresh masa
PREPARATION:
Mix masa harina and water together to form a dough. Knead for about one minute adding more water if necessary. Or use fresh masa. Divide dough into 10-12 balls. They should be about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Tortillas cool quickly, so keep them warm in a tortilla warmer lined with paper towels to prevent condensation.
