Tends tes mains ressens mon coeur fatigué, mes douleurs infinies.

I read a little French.
And I believe the French and Arabic versions do not match.
A crude English translation would be something like:
Feel the beating of my heart, my aches are stintless. Give a meaning to my life that is filled with difficulties(complications). Listen to your heart, and let it teach you where you should reach.
I hope someone can assure us of that.

feel [the beating of my heart] in your hand, is that what it says in the Arabic version?

So it is "the beating of my heart" and not "my tired heart" like in the French version.

Please note : I don't understand Arabic and used an automatic translation tool to check this text.

Thanx for trying to put it in Arabic. I appreciate that
It would have been enough to know what it meant in English, though. I tried to put it on one of these translation tools but I wasn't sure of the outcome. Still the versions do not match one another. Thanx.
