Hi tikay777

I don't speak Greek; one of my jobs here is to make sure the English is gramatically correct and sounds ok. It sounds like there is a word missing in this translation. Please let me know what you think of my suggestions below. Thanks!

I wonder... "Where do you think you are going like that, you ass?"

or

I wonder... "Where do you think you are going with that, you ass?"

"ass" (κόπανος, ηλίθιος) isn't the word for "σούργελο". "σούργελο" is a slang term used to call someone "ridiculous person" (because of the way s/he dresses/behaves)

I see... 'Nutcase' or 'nutter' perhaps? Or 'fool'?

It is not the Greek original we are discussing, but the English translation

(Apart from that, I don't speak Greek, so if you have a comment about the English text, please let us know in English

Hi user10,
Have a look at the words I suggested - anything there for σούργελο?
Thanks!

Hi Lein!

I'd say "fool". I wonder if there is a slang term in Enlgish for "ridiculous person" (with a narrower meaning).

'muppet' is quite frequently used...
