Football is played on a 90- to 110-metre-long rectangular field, 11+11=22 players, 2 teams, changing off after 45 minutes. Each team may change 3 players during the match. Football is controlled by 4 referees: 2 at the sides, 1 in the centre and 1 in the corner. Those who do not adhere to the rules of the game are penalized by the centre referee with yellow and red cards. A player who gets a red card is taken out of the game. Two yellow cards are worth one red penalty card.
