Primarily, factors that affect consumer's satisfaction are determined in the research. These factors are special services that are offered, personnel services, speed of service that is offered, physical elements, promotions and conveniences, customer relations, transportation and safety. A regression analysis was done in order to determine whether there is a correlation between behavioral and attitudinal loyalty and the factors defined later.
