As I am not sure what "macedonian" is refered to I assumed the person that requested it means macedonian language. There will be slight difference if you want to say for example Macedonian Woman - Macedonian here will translate as "Македонска" or if you want to say Macedonian child - macedonian here will be "Македонско".
