There have been requests for information about the lines belonging to dealers and their agents from the sales and finance departments and the debt situations arising from these lines. Research to obtain line information via the system has been in progress for one hour. Because of the sales and finance groups' refusal to provide guarantees for their dealers, it has been requested that the requested information be given directly to them as quickly as possible. In order to shorten the amount of time it takes to do the research on the dealer lines, we feel the need for a customer information inquiry.
