Hello, I'm sorry for the DEMETER wines that have fermented, we will exchange them with other bottles. A cold chain is needed for those wines, the wines are alive, we are going to use bottles with crown corks in order to avoid leakage problems. In vintage, it remains 19 box of 6 bottles of 2004 24 box of 6 bottles of 2000 8 box of 6 bottles of 2001 2 box of 6 bottles of 1999 Well, I hope I answered your questions.

Some issues.. fermente here means <spoiled>, chaîne du froid just means <refrigeration> needed to prevent spoiling, vins vivant means "natural wines", i.e, containing no preservatives.
Thanks for your remarks Jens, we're going to ask the requester what she means exactly with what happened to the wine(s), as it is right that "chaîne du froid" rather applies to a freezing process, while "fermentation" applies to the natural process that allows to make wine... Let's wait for her reply.
