Given back to the heirs of the Åžtirbei prince family this year's spring, The Buftea Palace is about to be sold and transformed into a hotel. In other words, it will be turned back into what it was during the communist regime, except for the fact that this time the owners can receive 10 million euros in return, corresponding to the price of the Åžtirbei estate. Until then, devoid of all historic charm, paintings, furniture and chandeliers, the ediffice will serve as a film shooting site for Media Pro Studios' teams.
