I think this should be "over there for looking better a job" |

| ![](../avatars/31708.img) appleHozzászólások száma: 972 | It should be "to look better for a job", but it doesn't sound good to me.
Anyway, the requester told us he meant "a better search" and not "a better job". |

| ![](../avatars/37359.img) stellHozzászólások száma: 141 | Wouldn't the second sentence (Spero...) be something like: "I hope I'll be able to see you again during my second trip in septembre".
Because I think that in the source text in italian the person writing isn't sure (or maybe I didn't understand at all) whereas in the translation it is said that it's sure (Hopfully I'll see you again...)

He is sure he will go in September, and he hopes to see those people.
I think hopefully here means "if everything goes right" = I hope. |

| | 4 Május 2007 22:30 |
| | can it be "also thank you for..."? because it's not the first "thank" sentence of the whole text, what we were transalting was an exerpt.

| ![](../avatars/18607.img) nava91Hozzászólások száma: 1268 | Yes, Maski you are right!
In this case, "ancora" is "again", "another time" |
| | 5 Május 2007 08:28 |
| | I've edited according to Maski's notification, but after I just saw pluiepoco's note, then I think he may be right about "also thank you for..", which would avoid to repeat "again"...
What do you think? |

| ![](../avatars/18607.img) nava91Hozzászólások száma: 1268 | I don't know... English isn't my best language... If it's the same meaning of again, it's ok... |
| | 5 Május 2007 08:38 |
| | It is slightly the same meaning, if you said (I'll use French for you to understand better)
"encore merci pour...", or "je te remercie aussi pour...", it means that you already told "thank you" before about another thing...
See what I mean? |
| | 5 Május 2007 08:43 |
| ![](../avatars/18607.img) nava91Hozzászólások száma: 1268 | I think "encore merci" is perfect... |
| | 5 Május 2007 10:17 |
| ![](../avatars/45591.img) MaskiHozzászólások száma: 326 | Well if you really want to avoid repetition perhaps "i thank you once more for your"... would be ok? Although I really don't think it's a problem as it is. |

| ![](../avatars/31708.img) appleHozzászólások száma: 972 | Something happened here that I don't understand. After the two first messages, nava's and mine, yesterday I saw that the sentence about the job had been edited (by kafetzou, if I remember well); "...a better search for a job". Who changed it?
Neither I understand whom Sah he's talking to, when she says she has changed something.
I thank you once more is OK.
(Sorry for not noticing "still" before, I problably read it as "I'm still grateful", but this can't be the right meaning) |
