This is a little difficult, because I don't know if it's not _sarcastic_ (i.e. maybe "this sh*t" is actually _frustrating_ me, not pleasing me).
Japanese has very little sarcasm of this kind, so if it was actually _frustrating_ you, you would say your feeling frankly, i.e.:
もうウンザリだ！
Mô unzari da!
"I'm sick and tired (of this)!"
(And of course, Japanese doesn't use the word _sh*t_ in this way...) ó_ò
PS: On the assumption that this vulgar phrase would only be said by a _man_, the Japanese translation uses _male_ Japanese...ó_ò
