What 'question' would be that?

I think this line should be something like:
"I will be pleased if you accept my offer so that we can welcome you in our house!
What do you think?

I Think that "Anfrage" could be translated with question, or maybe inquiry fits better. What do you think of this option?
About the second line, I tried to translate literally but I wasn't completely sure, so I'll adjust it as suggested, and changing "will" with "would" (I've confused würde with wird) |

| | Changing "will" into "would" made the conditional sentence wrong, in that case it should read:
"I would be pleased if you accepted my offer..."

I am assuming that this is intended for British English speakers, but if not, I would just like to mention that the term "WC" is mostly unknown in North America. Here we use "bathroom". |

| | ok, I used BB instead of B&B because I had looked on Internet and I found the terms FB (full board), HB (half board) and BB.
I don't know if this translation is needed in BE or AE, but now I correct as Shaneeae suggested.
Italo, have I to add "Yours faithfully" before the signature, or to substitute it to "Best wishes"?
