Hi Shamy,

"Thank you very much for your question and your interest in our house."

What 'question' would be that?

"I will be pleased when you will accept my offer and we may welcome you in our house! "

I think this line should be something like:

"I will be pleased if you accept my offer so that we can welcome you in our house!

What do you think?

Hi Lilian,

I Think that "Anfrage" could be translated with question, or maybe inquiry fits better. What do you think of this option?

About the second line, I tried to translate literally but I wasn't completely sure, so I'll adjust it as suggested, and changing "will" with "would" (I've confused würde with wird)

Changing "will" into "would" made the conditional sentence wrong, in that case it should read:

"I would be pleased if you accepted my offer..."

Ok Lilian, thanks. Can you set a poll, please? I would see what other Cucumers think about, expecially who speaks German!

SAT-TV-Anschluß means Satellite TV connection, there's no mention of cable TV.

Anfrage = enquiry
06-13.09.08 = 06-13/09/08 (in GB )

[edit]

Salutation ends without comma;
complimentary close with Yours faithfully

BB should be B&B.

I am assuming that this is intended for British English speakers, but if not, I would just like to mention that the term "WC" is mostly unknown in North America. Here we use "bathroom".

ok, I used BB instead of B&B because I had looked on Internet and I found the terms FB (full board), HB (half board) and BB.
I don't know if this translation is needed in BE or AE, but now I correct as Shaneeae suggested.

Italo, have I to add "Yours faithfully" before the signature, or to substitute it to "Best wishes"?

edit: thanks again, Italo!

You have to substitute it.

Remove the comma in the salutation as well, that's unusual.

oh ok! I thought it was referred to the end and not to the intro! Done!

BB is ok Shamy4106. I used to work in a hotel, that's the term they use when they mean including breakfast.
