Whilst leaving the canteen, an operator fell backwards and struck his head on the wall of the corridor, hitting his head, resulting in a cut.
He appeared to lose consciousness for a few seconds, and later reported pain in his neck and head.
Following the incident, an ambulance was called, and co-workers began first aid and stopped the bleeding before the ambulance arrived.
As the incident occurred in a workplace, the
