Blue cheese pie (6-8 port.)
150 g butter
4 dl flour
2 tablespoons water
Work together the pie dough, don't knead. Roll out the dough and line a round form (23 centimeter in diameter).
Filling:
1 tin preserved whole peeled tomatoes, 400 g.
140 g blue cheese e.g. Kvibille gräddädel)
3 dl coarse grated cheese (Grevé or simular)
3 eggs
3 dl cream
1 pinch paprika powder
Divide the drained tomatoes on top of the pie dough, mash them slightly with a fork. Crumb the blue cheese + half of the grated cheese on top. Whip together eggs + cream + paprika powder. Pour the egg mixture into the baking tin and divide the rest of the cheese on top. Bake golden brown at 200 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.
(You may cover the tin with aluminium foil in the last 20 min.)
