Ingredients:
a package of deseeded dates (in vacuum)
1/4 Kilogram of fresh roasted sesame seeds
150 grams of ground almonds
2 spoons of fresh, ground ginger
Soak the dates in a pot for a night. There should be twice more water than dates.
The next day boil the water with the dates at high flame for 15 minutes.
Grind the sesame in a food processor and add it to the dates.
Add the ground ginger.
Boil it at low flame for another hour, mix up once in a while.
Take off the fire when the texture of the mixture becomes a little viscous.
