I think this phrase is borrowed from the phrase "to say you are one person/thing but be another".
3) they're practically online preditors = they are basically like wild animals looking for prey on the internet
4) and are loking for little teens = and they are looking for young teenagers (13-14 year olds) - it doesn't say whether male or female. |
