Should I just go ahead and validate it? How do we know it was done from the Albanian and not from the French?

Yes, you can validate this translation if it is correct. I voted right according to the French text. I validated the French text because the Albanian expert sangria told me the translation was right. So if the translation into english is right according to the French one, it is validable. I just removed a translation request I did into English for the same matter as this one above, and now,as soon as I'll have an answer from the source-language expert, I'll remove all these translation requests (those requested by me)
