But what did he mean by saying "I'm so so anyway" What is meant in the original text: that since he will pray for him, it won't be bad to add one more prayer (that is praying for him to find a house). So how to put that in English??? "Also pray for me to find a house, so that I can come to you. (Since) you'll be praying anyway."

It isn't the speaker that is doing something "anyway" but rather the second guy who shall be praying "anyway".
