This monograph is aimed at the analysis of informal communication within enterprises. The research methodology used was gathered from a previously published Brazilian bibliography, in particular books focusing on both formal and informal organizational communication.
Internal communication develops by means of two main networks within an enterprise, one formal, the other informal. The latter flows in all directions, sometimes transcending hierarchy.

Since you have used it without an article here, I assumed you meant it as an abstract concept, as in the body of publications that have come out of Brazil, but if you mean an actual list, it should be "was gathered from a previously published Brazilian bibliography" - sorry that that didn't occur to me when I first saw the translation. | | |

"passando ...por cima" in Portuguese means: to surmount, not to respect.
