According to the calculations presented, a week-long stay for two persons would cost over 1,100 Euros {700 (hotel) + 308 (restaurant) + 100 (other)}. This price includes 53% board not included in the price of the hotel. Compared to the offers of travel agencies this price is not commercially viable.
