Where does the estimate that it will be always 100% sold out come from? It is believable in July and August, but what about the rest of the time?
Do the prices for hotel services include VAT, and if so, how high is the VAT rate? How do the suggested prices compare to market prices? According to the calculations presented, a week-long stay for two persons would cost over 1,100 Euros {700 (hotel) + 308 (restaurant) + 100 (other)}. This price includes 53% board not included in the price of the hotel. Compared to the offers of travel agencies this price is not commercially viable.
