Translation from German to (American) English. "Sole custody" is an idiom; I think "alleinige elterliche Sorge" could also be translated as "exclusive parental rights", which is not exactly the same as sole custody. "Ihre" can also be translated "their".

The meaning is correct, but there are many syntax mistakes. At least the second half of the first sentence should be "είναι σημαντικά προς όφελος της ευημερίας του παιδιού να χορηγηθεί στην κα. Στέλλα αποκλειστική επιμέλεια της κόρης της", or something similar - I'm sorry I can't suggest something better.

This translation needs some revisions in terms of syntax, e.g. in the 4th & 5th lines some words are not in order

It looks like a translation generated by a web translation tool!!! If I am mistaken about this it is then just a bad translation.

General Social Service should be translated by its proper English title instead of a literal word translation, and the same goes for the Municipal Office for Children by using the official English title of this specific office or service.
The sentence "είναι σημαντικά προς όφελος της ευημερίας παιδιών για να χορηγήσει την κα. Μόνη επιτήρηση της Στέλλα της κόρης της" is grammatically incorrect and should be:
Από την προοπτική της (official Greek title of Office)είναι σημαντικά προς όφελος και ευημερίας του παιδιού να χορηγήθει στην κα. Στέλλα η κηδεμονία της κόρης της. Οι πολλαπλές αντιρρήσεις που παρουσιάζονται από τον κύριο ενάντια στη γονική ικανότητα της μητέρας (ανεπαρκής προσοχή στην υγεία) κατά πάσα πιθανότητα και στην πεποίθηση της (Official Greek title of Office) δεν έχουν καμία υλική βάση.
