I didn't understand your post above.
Those in caps in your post were the corrections I made in your translation. |

| | I think you don't completely understand how the evaluation process works.
The expert for the target language evaluates the form, grammar, syntax, etc. of the translation done. If there are mistakes or misunderstandings, he might either discuss it with the translator and ask him to edit/correct the mistakes or edit the text himself and place (as I did) the former version presented by the translator (containing the mistakes) in the message field so that he will be able to compare and see where he did wrong.
Those corrections were indeed necessary for the sake of the English language. We can't accept a translation containing grammar flaws.
That's an expert's job here. See what I mean? |

| | himalai,
At this point I'm starting to think you are kidding!
Let me explain once more...
YOUR TRANSLATION BEFORE MY EDITS WAS:
"Don't let the fear from making mistakes to take you out of the game"
Can anyone help me here?

| | I don't know what you would like help with, Lilian. The English that is there now is correct, as you said, and the English that is posted as a message with "Before edits" is incorrect.
I don't understand why himalai now claims that the translation the way it is now is what he originally posted, as it obviously is not. |

| | Thank you, Laura.
@ himalai,
It seems you are the only one who does not understand what I explained above.
The present version is the corrected one.
As I said, your original translation was wrong.
Anyway...as we are all volunteers, the less time we waste, the better, therefore I hope the argument will end here. I'll just wait for the result of the poll and if ViaLuminosa says that the meaning conveys the original, I'll accept the translation. CC: ViaLuminosa |

| | Hi! I can see on this page, just under the translation :
lilian canale. Started poll for translation. 1 Février 2012 11:50
lilian canale. Edited translation. 1 Février 2012 11:50
himalai. Translated. 1 Février 2012 09:04
kristina.misheva. Submitted request. 30 Janvier 2012 00:06
It shows Lilian edited the translation (
lilian canale. Edited translation. 1 Février 2012 11:50). And if she did an edit on this translation, it means there was some part of the translation that was erroneous.
So what is the point in arguing now, himalai, while everything shows your translation had to be edited?

| | The translation does convey the meaning, Lili, get it over. |

| | Thank you Via! |

| | Via, Lili, thank you for your support. Sorry to waste your time, it looked like a misunderstanding and I don't even know why I engaged in this dispute. It was irrelevant to the point of the translation, so I deleted my comments. However, it was also kind of fun to see there are actual people who really care.
Have fun and keep up the great job:-)) |
