Also, "I couldn't be sure at first too but don't worry, I informed against that fake profile." should read: "At first, I couldn't be sure either, but don't worry, I informed (notified?) about that fake profile. " Anyway, both "inform" and "notify" are transitive verbs, they need an object (inform/notify someone about something). What could that object be?
