I've found some information about the categories, in fact there are three categories, "first fix joiner", "roof", and "second fix joiner". But I still can't make an idea about the equivalent in French language.

Yeap, it is really stupid, as I've spent a big part of last night with a very talentuous one (cabinet maker), listening at some very good music plaid by an excellent local group, and although I once thought about asking him, I forgot. I've got to note everything in order to remind, it is terrible!
