Oh - thank you, Grinny! The reason why I used "older" instead of "old" is an oddity of English - when we say "old" it sounds negative, whereas when we say "older" it sounds positive.

As for "programmes de maisons neuves", it sounds like it might mean "plans for new houses".

And you're right about "sténotypie" - I'll change it to "stenotyping".
