So sorry, I have indeed lost yr request. But here it is, not very good english, but I tried to stay close to the original (some explanations following as usual):

"High resolution pictures and logos may be downloaded from the picture data bank. For using the picture data bank a user id and a password are needed. User id's and passwords are given per department; please contact the department whose product pictures you need in your work."

* I used passive as we do in Finnish, not so often in English> also possible:
You may download high resolution pictures and logos....
To access the picture data bank you'll need a user id and a password.
* "are given per (one) department"= grant access to a specific department's pictures only
* "product pictures"=pictures of their products
* "you need" > you are needing or you will need (or sometimes even you will be needing). The original form is in present tense which in Finnish also refers to the future, we do not have a specific future tense at all - I guess here the need is now, but the using will happen a little later but soon, and that the English would prefer "you will need"
