The world is big and in it one can meet special people (or maybe "and in it special people can be met"?): I met you!
I give to you a smile... it will bring you happiness, if you're afraid, it will keep you company because the smile of a friend is like the sun: it illuminates the streets and warms up the heart.

would that be ok? I'm not that sure about the above translation and I don't want to risk makins mistakes...
