"Well, fine, I decided not to notice anything"
I edited the French text, before I edited it was writen "eh bien" instead of "et bien", a lot of people do the mistake to spell it like it was spellt before I edited, but it is erroneous to write it this way. I used the comma in the English version, because it is some kind of idiomatic French expression, meaning "so" as well.
This is still a loose text without a little bit more context, which could have been, for instance the first part of a sentence that is missing here

eg : "aaah, tu as fait ça"..."et bien moi je vais faire ça" ("aaah, you did this"..."so, I'm going to do that"...) <<a little childish as a reaction.
