As I explained to the requester in a private message before you'd translated it, Lein, I saw there that an arrogant lover admits his mistakes, but in the meanwhile he performs an emotional blackmail towards the woman. He admits what he has done is wicked, but, if the addressee is on the threshold of making him beg perdon, he'll interpret this as hatred for his love towards her.

Moreover, the requester sent me a larger text in private, from which I reinforced my believe. Take a look:
