Hi Aneta!

I know it's a big one, but please, could you help me with a bridge here when you have time?

Hi Sunnybebek!

Aquae ductus --> aquaeductus

“iter”, “actus”, “via”, “aquaeductus”. As we have here definitions of the four Roman rural rights, I wouldn’t translate the names.

So, here is the bridge:
There are rights of rural estates: “iter”, “actus”, “via”, “aquaeductus”. “Iter” means right to pass footpaths, right to walk, but not to drive a beast or a carriage. “Actus” is a right of driving a beast or a carriage. So, who has a right to “iter” has no a right to “actus”, who has a right to “actus”, has got also a right to “iter” and can use it also without a beast. “Via” is a right of passing, driving and walking: because “via” itself contains so “iter” as “actus” . “Aquaeductus” is a right to conduct water across another’s land.
