You've asked about me, I'm still working. This week has been really tiring because I'm trying to get my driver's license and I have an exam on Saturday, I look forward to it. I don't know what's going to happen, I haven't studied enough, we'll see... I'm not sure whether I'll pass, but I have to do my best, my dear.

Hi Bilge,

driving licence---> driver's license

"I'm waiting for it" perhaps "I look forward to it"?

"It's not certain how to get it"? You mean "I'm not sure whether I'll pass"?

I am so sorry. I have just seen what you wrote.

-"It's not certain how to get it"? You mean "I'm not sure whether I'll pass"?"

-Yeah, exacly

-"I'm waiting for it" perhaps "I look forward to it"?

-Yeah it could be. I don't know if there is a big difference between them?

The difference is that when we "look forward to sth" we are not just waiting for sth to happen, but we feel anxious, counting the days or hours for sth to happen. Is that the case?

If so, could you edit your translation so that I can set a poll for it?

Also, if the week hasn't ended yet, "This week is really tiring " should be: "This week has been really tiring "

I think the person who wrote this text is anxious but if "to look forward" means "to wait something to happen with impatience", it's not the case.

If we agree about it , I'll also change this part of translation.

If the person feels anxious, then "look forward to it" would be appropriate. It shows that the person is not indifferent to the fact.

OK, I see what you mean. So, I have changed the text.

Is it OK now?

Almost

Still to correct:

licence --> license

and a comma before "but"

I'll do that and set a poll, OK?

Yessil thinks that we could ameliorate the translation and I answered him, if he has some propositions for the translation, he should share them with us to make it better.
