That's a nice translation, you just misunderstood the beginning. The writer is referring to a third person, he is not addressing the speech to the person, so the first line should read:
"She deserves a kiss and a huge hug because she is:"
There are other minor suggestions I'd like to give.

The best, the one who fusses me over the most, the one who always knows what I like, the one who teaches me by her example, the one who gives the sweetest and hottest 'good mornings', the one of many 'I love you', the one who tells the best tale, the one who listens to my stories, the one who gives me her time.

Mas acho "coddle" melhor que o "fuss over", além do mais, não seria "fusses over me", se o caso fosse de alterar? | | |

The reason for suggesting 'fuss over' instead of 'cuddle' is because it conveys the meaning of the Spanish "mimar" better.
"cuddle" gives the idea of 'embracing' (what is not wrong), but 'mimar' is also 'spoil','satisfy the person's likes, wishes, etc'.
See what I mean?
