Two questions: a) Line 3 must be some sort of term for when you set a smiley next to your profile or something. Would that be "set a smile" indeed or something else?
b) Line before last. When we give our condolences (I'll edit "my deepest sympathy" later), we often add "may you live to remember him/her". The meaning of this is a twofold wish: a wish for longevity and (therefore) a wish that the deceased is remembered for a long time. Any better way to put it?
Well, the expression she's using for the "smile" sentence is not one used ever for smiling. It can however be used for emoticons. I think she's referring to the smiling emoticon so you are right, it should be "I'm not adding a smiley face" I guess.
