Hello,
This is the first communication we have heard from the buyer. They never contacted us through ebay to let us know that there was a problem. The item was shipped on 3-29.
We have experienced lengthy delays with the customs department in Italy. Let us try to investigate what has happened. We have to way of contacting the customs department in Italy however.
Is there any way for the buyer to contact their post office to try to see if there is any message from the customs department in Italy?

Questa Ã¨ la prima comunicazione che riceviamo dal venditore. Non ci hanno mai contattati attraverso ebay per farci sapere che c'era un problema. L'oggetto Ã¨ stato inviato il 29-03.
Abbiamo rilevato forti ritardi di spedizione a causa della dogana italiana. Permetteteci di indagare su quanto accaduto. Dobbiamo comunque trovare un modo di contattare la dogana italiana.
Esiste qualche maniera per l'acquirente di contattare il loro ufficio postale per cercare di vedere se c'Ã¨ qualche messaggio dalla dogana italiana?
