Het zoeken of trekken van mosselen, mosselzaad, schelpslakken of andere zeeproducten op de kunstwerken (havendammen, strandhoofden of golfbrekers, â€¦) van de kust, is slechts toegelaten mits een geldige vergunning van het Vlaamse Gewest (artikel 1 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 25 januari 1951). Strandvisserij mag worden beoefend, mits naleving van alle volgende voorwaarden:

Pour pÃªcher Ã partir des enrochements ou des jetÃ©es, un permis valable est exigÃ© de la RÃ©gion flamande. Chercher ou ramasser les moules, naissains de moules, coquillages ou autres produits de la mer sur les ouvrages d'art (jetÃ©es, les abords de plage ou les brise-lames,â€¦) cÃ´tiers est autorisÃ© seulement moyennant un permis valable de la RÃ©gion flamande (article 1 de l'arrÃªtÃ© royal du 25 janvier 1951). La pÃªche Ã pied peut Ãªtre pratiquÃ©e, moyennant l'observation de toutes les conditions suivantes :

	Lein Общо мнения: 3389	'ouvrages d'art': In the original, the meaning is 'artificial works' (or something such). Is this the meaning this has in French? (My French is not good enough to be sure)

	gamine Общо мнения: 4611	Hi Lein. It can't be "ouvrages d'art". It' not at all the meaning. I'd say "constructions artificielles", built for fishers in order to give them more places to fish. CC: Lein

Another thing I wasn't sure of (but again, my French is not that good): Can you use 'a partir de' when you mean something like (in this case) 'from', as in 'standing on the pier'? (I love this website! Such a fun way to improve my language skills )
