Het zoeken of trekken van mosselen, mosselzaad, schelpslakken of andere zeeproducten op de kunstwerken (havendammen, strandhoofden of golfbrekers, â€¦) van de kust, is slechts toegelaten mits een geldige vergunning van het Vlaamse Gewest (artikel 1 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 25 januari 1951). Another thing I wasn't sure of (but again, my French is not that good): Can you use 'a partir de' when you mean something like (in this case) 'from', as in 'standing on the pier'? (I love this website! Such a fun way to improve my language skills )
