I'd like to suggest the following corrections, for the readability of the text. There were also one or two typos that I've "fixed".

You can have competitive superiority and the dissuasion of the defence system as well, in the case of your producing technology and using information to design products. Taking into consideration that no one would provide the means of giving someone else superiority, it is not possible for us to provide the dissuasionof the defence system, industrialization and progress through making the technology transfer alone.

This is a difficult translation. Here's my version:
