"Saint-Etienne" is a town in France, "M" is a singer. The text in French itself is not very clear. Anyway, here is my version (merely based on liliane's one, with some improvements) :
W. is a project of neo-metal creation formed in Saint-Etienne by M. (vocals) in 2003.
After a first and finalized draft of an album, he went in search of other musicians and finally was joined in 2008 by the brothers J. (bass) and O. (drums).
Throughout the year 2008, the group, then consisting only of J., O. and M. (who was also responsible for the guitar at the time), began to take shape.
Beginning in 2009, H. started performing as a second guitarist and finally in summer 2009 the group reached its final makeup when D. resumed the first guitar and H. joined W. as Dj sampler / back vocal.

Salut hanternoz, je viens juste d'expliquer à Lilian, en message privé, que "début 2009" était en fait un raccourci pour "Au début de l'année 2009". Et tu as fait la même erreur qu'elle ("beginning in 2009".)

J'ai en effet oublié de préciser certaines choses comme Saint-Etienne qui est effectivement une ville, je suis désolée.
