W. is a project of neo-metal formed in Saint-Etienne by M. (vocals) in 2003.
After a first draft of an album completed, he went in search of other musicians and it's finally in 2008 that the brothers J. (bass) and O. (drums), joined him.
Throughout the year 2008, the group, then consisting only of J., O. and M. (who was also responsible for the guitar at the time), began to take shape.
In early 2009, H. started performing as a second guitarist and it is finally in the summer of 2009 that the group reached its final makeup when D. resumed the first guitar and H. joined W. as Dj sampler / back vocal.
