Skala morötterna, palsternackorna och kålroten. Kålroten kan vara rätt hård så var försiktig. Skär allt i bitar och dela upp på aluminiumfoliet. När du gjort det kan du dra upp kanterna på aluminiumfoliet och häll på 2-3dl vatten. Peppra och salta lite uppe på. Lägg båda folipaketen i en ugnsform så det inte rinner över något vatten. |

Take a piece of aluminum foil and tear off 2 pieces about 30x30 cm. Begin to peel the potatoes and cut then into rather small pieces. Divide them and place them in the foil. Peel the carrots, parsnips and the Swedish turnip. The parsnip can be quite hard so be careful. Cut it all into pieces and divide between the pieces of aluminium foil. When you are done with that you can pull up the edges of the aluminium foil and add 200-300 ml of water. Season a bit with salt and pepper on top. The second is exactly what the source is telling, but I didn't write that "Begin to peel the potatoes in rather small pieces", because you can't peel the potatoes in pieces...you must cut also. I didn't translate exactly.. (my fault)
