Didn't get any questions 'a few moments ago' :s This is in verse form so I'm not attempting in the main field. But here's a working version in English

Foreigners have to go (away) one day

Oh, and they don't listen to any excuses.

[Yes I know the translation sounds totally weird.]

Its strange that I didn't get any message, but I've done the other one too Here is the version in Devanagari script. Maybe drkpp could have some suggestions for the translation

परदेशीयों को है, एक दिन जाना

हम ने यही एक बार किया था
