Umseting - Enskt-Hindiskt - Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom

wisdom is a noun , बुद्धिमानी can be adjective. So I've used the better sounding noun form बुद्धिमत्ता. Also since in Hindi version both honesty and wisdom are together a comma is necessary for proper reading even if its absent in original.
