The methodologies to the development of SMA are attracting the interest of many groups. Despite this interest and the researches in course, some aspects can be improved. The article shows an approach to support the consistency of SMA modeling under the paradigm of Orientation to Objectives. For that purpose, techniques based on scenarios and objectives are proposed together with heuristics to the consistency of the artifacts produced along the modeling, from the requirement stage to the detailed project.
