I started my stage on 9th july in a travel agency in pieve di soligo. I learnt so many things. At my first day they told me how to answer the phone calls this wasn't that difficult. After few days they started to teach me a specif programme for booking tickets for flights, it was though but interesting. They tought me how to book a rooms in hotels and to call the tour opertors for informations. I had a great experience and i learnt so many new things.

Le premier jour, j'ai appris comment rÃ©pondre aux appels tÃ©lÃ©phoniques, Ã§a n'Ã©tait pas si difficile. AprÃ¨s quelques jours, ils ont commencÃ© Ã m'enseigner un programme spÃ©cifique Ã la rÃ©servation des billets d'avion, c'Ã©tait ardu mais intÃ©ressant. Ils m'ont appris comment rÃ©server une chambre d'hÃ´tel, et appeler les voyagistes pour des renseignements. J'ai vÃ©cu une expÃ©rience enrichissante, et appris beaucoup de choses nouvelles.
Magyaràzat a forditàshoz	Last sentence, I could have translated literaly "and i learnt so many new things" by "et j'ai appris tant de choses nouvelles", but this "tant de choses" was already somewhere above in the text, this is why I prefered " beaucoup de choses nouvelles"
