To Ergoisviçre Life Insurance General Management,

As agencies producing at least one-third of the total recommendation portfolio of the Ergoisviçre life insurance joint-stock company, we brainstormed at the meeting which we held internally and we reached unanimity on the subjects below.

We hope you will take into account these important issues related to the future of all of us.

We request a meeting in which we will discuss these issues and exchange views.

"related to all of our the future", "hepimizin geleceği ile ilgili" anlamına geliyor mu?

Yes - that's what I changed it to, although I should have taken out the "the", and I guess I could make it clearer.

How about now? Do you think it's OK?

I think now it means "hepimiz için gelecekle ilgili" not "hepimizin geleceği ile ilgili" :o

The correct translation would be "related to all of our future", but that's awkward in English. I think the meaning is the same as it is now, isn't it? If you think it isn't, I'll change it back to "all of our future".

The meaning is not the same as it is now because it means "hepimiz için gelecekle ilgili", hepimiz=all of us neden olmuyor peki?

related to the future of all of us

OK; I changed it back to that - I'm kind of confused now - it sounds fine. I don't know why I wanted to change it. I guess maybe it sounds a little heavy - as if their future is somehow in doubt ...

it's normal to think that because they seem to worry about their future

Aha - I wasn't sure about that.

You know, I'm arriving really late in the game, but I just thought what the heck: I couldn't resist throwing in my two cents as well!

It seems that the agencies are trying to use their interests in the company as leverage to get the company to listen to their complaints, but I couldn't understand what those interests/that leverage was: might it have been

As shareholder agencies controlling over one-third of the stock in your company...

...arrived at unanimous conclusions with respect to the subjects below...

We sincerely hope you will carefully consider our concerns as detailed below, as we feel they are critically related to our common (shared, mutual) interests in the future.

And in an English business letter, I don't think we could just say
We request a meeting
Maybe it should be
We would like to request a meeting with you to discuss
either that, or crank it up a notch and say
We demand a meeting with you to discuss
but I don't think that's necessary here: they still want to remain polite, I should think...

I think you're right about "...arrived at unanimity with respect to the subjects below..." (I exclude the "unanimous conclusions", that's better)and "We demand a meeting with you to discuss" IanMegill, but it's validated and it's up to Kafetzou to change it now. Thanks!

But as you say, it's a little late now!

Sorry about that, I saw too late the note that was sent to me by Kafetzou about this translation...
