This is not the way we'd say it:
Στις καλύτερες στιγμές του ο άνθρωπος είναι το ευγενέστερο των ζώων · αν διαχωριστεί από το νόμο και τη δικαιοσύνη, το χειρότερο (In his best moments man is the noblest of animals; if he is separated by law and justice, the worst)

Note that " ; " in Greek is the question mark :D
